Norgene Rapid Ψ RNA Enrichment Kit
Cat.#
0005
Pseudouridine (Ψ) is a
post-transcriptional RNA modification that alters RNA–RNA and RNA–protein
interactions that affect gene expression1. It is demonstrated that Ψ
can enhance RNA stability and decrease anti-RNA immune response, it has been employed
for developing effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 during the pandemic and
leads to the researchers won The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 20232.
The Norgene Rapid Ψ RNA Enrichment
Kit is simple and rapid workflow to enable identification and profiling of pseudouridine
(Ψ) RNAs at transcriptome-wide level. Suitable for downstream RNA library construction
and sequencing or qRT-PCR to check pseudouridine (Ψ) RNA transcripts.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Simple workflow: From beginning to end the
protocol can be completed in just one day.
- Accurate and reproducible: Innovative
immunoprecipitation and elution technology ensure efficient and
reproducible results across replicates.
