N7-methylguanosine (m7G), present at eukaryotic mRNA 5’ caps and also showed presence of internal m7G in mammalian mRNA^1,2. It is involved in regulating nearly every step of the life cycle of mRNA such as mRNA export, translation, and splicing.

The Norgene rapid m7G RNA Enrichment Kit is simple and rapid workflow to enable identification and profiling of 7-methylguanosine (m7G) RNA methylation sites at transcriptome-wide level. Suitable for downstream RNA library construction and sequencing or qRT-PCR to check methylated RNA transcripts.
