Compare to ethanol RNA precipitation and column-based RNA extraction, this protocol is developed for fast and easy isolation of nucleic acids with almost 100% recovery and the RNA extraction and purification protocol is extremely fast. The purified RNA can be used directly in downstream applications for examples PCR and next-generation sequencing.
